By creating an account, accessing, or using Echo AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Echo AI ("Company", "we", "us").

Echo AI is a real-time AI voice changer software that converts your voice during live calls and recordings. The Service consists of a desktop application for Windows and a cloud-based AI processing backend. Echo AI requires an active internet connection and works with applications that accept a microphone input.

To use Echo AI you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password, or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Free Trial. New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. A valid payment card is required to start the trial. You will not be charged during the 7-day trial period.

Automatic Billing. After the 7-day trial, your card on file will be charged $9.00 USD per month automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends. By providing your card details, you authorise Echo AI to charge the recurring subscription fee.

Annual Plan. An annual plan may be available at a discounted rate of $90.00 USD per year.

No Refunds. All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. If you cancel, access continues until the end of the current billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate partial months. To cancel, log in to your dashboard and click "Cancel subscription".

You agree not to use Echo AI to:

• Impersonate another person for fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purposes
• Engage in any activity that is illegal under applicable local, national, or international law
• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or harm any person
• Conduct scams, phishing, or other fraudulent activities
• Violate any third-party rights including intellectual property rights or privacy rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately for any violation of this section.

All software, AI models, voice profiles, branding, and content provided as part of the Service are the exclusive property of Echo AI or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property. You retain ownership of any original audio recordings you upload to the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Echo AI, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described therein. We store your email address, account details, subscription status, and agreement to these Terms (including the timestamp of acceptance). We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Audio processed in real time is not permanently stored on our servers.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Echo AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, as required by applicable law in your territory.
